Experiment Overview

Note: A detailed write up will be posted after completion. Single-intervention N=1 study testing the effects of BodyBio PC (full-spectrum phospholipid complex) supplementation on circulating microplastic particles in blood serum (novel application). The protocol involves consumption of 1 fl. oz of BodyBio PC, split into two doses, daily for 6 months while maintaining all other lifestyle factors constant to isolate the supplement's effect on microplastic elimination. That means, among other things, no change in bedding, clothing, drink containers, water source, cutlery, exercise routine, etc.
